• Consolidated synopsis of the project with an abstract (use form)
• Project proposal  (use form)
• Project work-plan  (use form)
• Letter of confirmation by the EU host institution (use form)
• Copy of PhD diploma/Reference from the employee  (use form)
• A Letter of Support from the home organization  (use form)
• Copy of ID/ Passport
• Any other supporting documents
