Meeting with researchers in Kutaisi

On the 11^th of May, 2022, information meetings were held at Kutaisi International and Akaki Tsereteli State University in the frame of the “Support to Georgia’s Researchers’ Mobility” Programme.

The aim of the information meetings were to present “Support to Georgia’s Researchers’ Mobility” Programme, its goal and objectives, introduce researchers’ mobility funding scheme and upcoming capacity building trainings for Georgian researchers. The meetings were attended by the academic personnel of Kutaisi International and Akaki Tsereteli State University.

During the meetings, the project team members, team leader Mr. Peter Debreczeni and deputy team leader Ms. Nino Gachechiladze presented:

• Overall  and specific objectives of the programme;
• Programme components;
• Primary and secondary target groups;
• Mobility funding scheme, its timeline and budget;
• Planned capacity building trainings for Georgian researchers.

The meetings ended with a Q&A session while the audience had a chance to ask questions and receive answers from the project team.
